Progress & Reflection

  • We start with a 30-minute call — no agenda, no pitch. I want to understand where you are, what you're navigating, and whether we're the right fit for each other. If we both feel it's right, we move forward.

  • Before our first session, we align on what success looks like. What do you want to be different in 3–6 months? What does the next level actually mean for you? This becomes our compass.

  • We meet monthly — each session 60–90 minutes, by video or in person. Between sessions, I'm available for quick check-ins, sounding boards, or the occasional message when something comes up. The work happens in the sessions and in the real world in between.

  • At the midpoint and close of each engagement, we step back and take stock. What's shifted? What's still in the way? What's the next horizon? Reflection is part of the work, not an afterthought.

Engagement length

Typically 3–6 months. Some clients extend beyond this — the work dictates the timeline.

 

Session frequency

Monthly sessions of 60–90 minutes. Additional check-ins available between sessions.

Video or in person. I'm based in Stockholm and work with clients across Europe and globally.
